Background
The tenant of this office was a Government department. They had an Energy Efficiency audit conducted externally with the major recommendation being an LED upgrade.
The project
Ozwide was then awarded the tender to replace all existing lighting throughout the building. Additionally, Ozwide was able to also align and configure the current building automation with the new LED lighting.
Results
Installation was completed after-hours with zero downtime to normal operation of the business and staff. The overall light output was increased to exceed the standard and improve the work spaces considerably.
